I don't know, I'm getting kind of used to bad service at fast food places. When I go to a drive-thru I expect the worst so I can be pleasantly surprised when there's a person there with a good attitude and my order is right!
All I can say folks is that I know we want perfection for our dollar, we want everyone to be as nice and polite as we think we are, and we want everyone to work! Well my grandfather used to say crap in one hand and hope in the other and see which one gets filled first. Often times when eating lunch with the clients and they complain about the service workers, I ask would they prefer them to be working in the chemical refinery, at the restaurant or on welfare? I would prefer they work at Wendy's! Besides, I prefer Bo's
That is excusing poor manners, poor service and in many cases common decency and I refuse to do that. If the service is bad I let them know. In some of these cases I can't believe that the owner or manager wants this type of representation. If I come to your line, greet me, don't look off in to space or towards the door to see who is coming. When I order, you had better be paying attention to me. When you give me my food, hand it to me and say thank you. Anything less is unacceptable and I don't tolerate it.
I agree. I don't buy into accepting crappy customer service "just because" it's fast food. It's a sucky job to be sure, but there is no need to take out your unhappiness on the customer. Suck it up buttercup!
They should wait tables at a sitdown restaurant, there they will perfect the art of asskissing, I know I did.
Exactly!! That's what makes me so crabby about it! I had to work at a Hardees for about 6 months............the morning drive thru at the ONLY breakfast serving restaurant in town. I've been there. It's miserable. But the customer don't need to know that, nor do they care! They want their food with a smile and to get the heck out of there. The end.
:iagreeutting on a happy face is part of good customer service. I haven't worked at fast food place, but I have worked as a cashier and even if I felt like crap, I wouldn't take it out on the customer.
not sure I will need to google that, besides thats not nice, you ain't from around these parts are you Deputy Sherry??
