stop stuttering ....no wonder they didn't give you the right thing at the window. they couldn't understand you.
Life is just to short with many real challenges to fret about not getting a spoon exactly when we want it at the Wendy's drive through.
There is no excuse for rudeness from the Wendy's employee and Manager. She simply asked "nicely" for a spoon and straw for her son. Any real mother would understand this. If the employee had stated in a nicer tone-"Is it ok that I provide that for you with your food"? They could take a lesson from Chic-fil-a: May I have a spoon and straw for my son while we wait for our food? Here you go, and Thank you! "MY PLEASURE"...
Thank You....at least someone understands where I'am coming from...and yes I was nice and even said please at first....but when someone comes at you with an additude right from the start... it's kinda hard to be nice after that!! Love me some Chic-Fil-A manners!!
Yep you did miss the point...WAY off. It's is not about how short or long life is...ask the guy who is 100 yrs old...I doubt he went thur life saying "oh it's ok to sh** on me with your additude and service ...Life's to short"..BULLSH**. And YES it is about exactly what I am PAYING for at Wendy's...I go to work everyday and buss my a** to make my paycheck and if I go to Wendy's (which I won't be again) and ask for a freak'n spoon and staw for a drink and frosty I just paid for NOT a foodstamp card...that's what I want, not a freak'n additude from some punk a** BOY at the window. That's it...pretty simple!!
Great you again...do you ever just go away?? And I'am NOT preaching...I am not a pastor...It is just my opinion and a good one I must say!!
i agree with your message but you come across as someone with a poor attitude that will whine at the drop of a hat. perhaps you really aren't that way but that is how i perceive you. could i be wrong? sure....but not likely. especially after your comment about someone from this area admitting to being from this area....like that has anything to do with this story. bottom line is you never know how people see you through their eyes....so instead of complaining about others....just be equally sure you are doing your part not to give the wrong impression about yourself. the folks at wendy's could have seen you just as i am seeing you now....a person that has difficulty with people skills. now before you jump me, i have clearly been messing with you just to get you riled up. let's get that out of the way before you call me a hypocrite. however, it was the way you came back at me that just added fuel to your fire. so next time you want to get on a message board to complain about someone not treating you with respect you think you deserve, it would wise to practice that same respect with others. unless of course you just don't care.....in which case you would be the hypocrite for complaining when you don't get the same courtesy in return.
If you look up the definition of buss (as opposed to bus), you'd know why I'm laughing so hard. Note, normally I don't care how many mis-spellings and grammar mistakes are in a post. As long as you get your point across, that's all that really matters. But this one, I had to point out. (yes, I'm still laughing)
Now keep that in mind next time you're in the school parking lot and see a sign that says "Busses Only". (In case there are some who don't see that humour, grammatically they actually meant to say "Buses Only")
It ENTIRELY remains to be known how she asked for the spoon. Like Wulf said, her posts aren't exactly providing proof of her gentle, sweet manner. Important to remember that there are always two sides to every story! Walking away from this now as it's becoming less intelligible as we move along...
I disagree with this a little. I've worked in customer service jobs, and even when I was in HS, no matter how rude the customer was to me it was still my job to be polite and give good customer service. It definitely never would have been acceptable for a manager to then react that way on top of it!
