When was this ban done? As a within past year subdivision does not have 2ac lots, and Im pretty sure one they just started clearing for also does not.
It was approved at the December Board of Commissioners Meeting. The overall acreage must be larger than two acres to be subdivided. There is no requirement that says that individual lots must be a minimum of an acre.
