    I prefaced my statement with the disclaimer "from what I've heard", so I don't have any proof for you. The only thing proven as fact so far is that charges have been made. Whether they stand up in court is yet to be seen. It looks like they have a good chance, but in any event I hope the whole truth comes out.

    And if it is determined in court that Fair "took indecent liberties with a child who was under the age of 16 years for the purpose of arousing and gratifying sexual desire", maybe people will not be looking to blame a 14 year old victim for a 40 year old man not being able to make adult decisions.
