What About This Teacher From Polenta?

In the Duke case the rare thing was the Defendant's could afford to bring the truth to light.

 

I like it that they plaster her face all over the news whenever they talk about the case!

 

There's a lot of innocent people in jail right now that thought the same thing. Just look at all the people who've been in jail for years, and now being released because of new DNA technology. The justice system is not truely fair, propaganda just leads you to believe it is.

 

She ADMITTED having sex with the child.....and she is disgusting. period.

I honestly didn't know it would be possible with a 5th grade boy!

 

She had the affair with the father first. He broke it off. Then literally went after the son. It is possible with an older 5th grader. Some mature faster than others it happens both ways (girls & boys).

Funny thing the affair was turned over to the school they refused to listen. Had Nettles looked into this matter than maybe they would have found out sooner about the boy. Did you all ever think that if she did this to one how many more may there be since she was still teaching up to the point of being arrested???

 

That is the oddest part about this case, as it is also reported that she admitted no guilt, which is consistent with a "no contest" plea.

Rebecca Withrow, 31, did not admit guilt.

 

So which is it? WRAL says she did admit it and the N&O says she didn't.

 

She will serve a little more jail time and some community service and then off to Pennsylvania. She will probably get lost in the system and be back in a school system. Looking for another victim. We have to get tougher in our court system. Our kids are too precious for this type of behavior to be allowed to continue.
