My "father" asked me what he could get his grandchildren this year. This is the first year that he's made an attempt. He's had 9 years now... 38 if you count my past Christmases... So, he asked and of course I was completely thrilled. My kids would finally get a granddaddy, at least on Christmas. Excitedly, I asked DH what he thought and his answer was a slap of reality. He said, "A tank of gas." Normally, that comment would have shot clean over my head. But not this time. Free room, free food... It would only cost him a ****ing tank of gas. :-( Shop wisely. That's the only advice I have.
Been there done that one, I still have two up in my closet that I haven't even given to her yet. I still have like 8 charms as well. Sheri
She gets all the educational stuff from her grandfather up in MI. The books every other week in the mail and on holiday's computer games to help with school. Sheri
We don't allow gift cert. in our family, my parents feel they are impersonal..I wish we did..cause it sure would make shopping easier. Sheri
Neither of my daughters grandparents ask me, maybe size of clothes from the one up in MI, but that is it..I never know what my parents get my daughter and they won't tell me either. Everyone is always suprised at christmas time. Sheri
I don't know if these are considered HOT, but they are pretty hot around my house AND I found a great deal. An aisoft pistol for ONLY 3 bucks. I ordered one for the heck of it, it is always good to have extras. http://www2.pulsetv.com/st/prodinfo.asp?number=2481
