Owned by Fred (see avitar), a 4 month old yellow lab/golden retriever rescue pup. However, after reading all the posts, it looks like I need to up the ante and get a few more creatures
Wow thanks for the large photo! She is very pretty! My Parents have one now for 10 yrs. But, my favorite cat that they have by far is their Ragdoll that we got my dad for his 60th birthday..he is something else and so darn pretty too. Sheri
I have never properly said hello, so Hello everyone. I am so jealous of all the birds and that gorgeous cat(my husband is allergic)! I do have a beautiful border collie(I think) mix and 2 guinea pigs.
We have- Fluffy-a very demure and ladylike white himalyian persian with one blue eye and one copper eye Snuggles-a tuxedo black and white DLH kitty that we rescued from JCAPL, who is the most human like cat I've ever seen. Happy-the hamster who is anything but happy And a tank full of fish Oh yeah, and the 11 yr old and 3 month old girls, lol..... I don't need anymore animals or kids!
Mayan - my beautiful almost 16yo Eskimo Spitz Blue - our total athletic 7yo Boarder Collie Gracie - our 6mo Jack Russell Terrier or as my DH says - Terror:lol: Lucie - our almost 3yo Green Wing Macaw Indie - our almost 4yo Blue Crowned Conure Blanco - our Albino Ferret Tookie - our Cinnamon Ferret 2 Fish Tanks - no i haven't named the fish:lol:
I am owned by a Choco lab - Copper 2 Akita (we think)/Shephard X - Foster 4 Lab/Shephard X (we think) - Buddy He adopted us Lab X - Turbo 5 months He is the baby to Copper and Buddy I thought we had lots of pooches! Now I see otherwise! I am glad there are lots of animal lovers on here!!
Carol, Harley, how are the pups doing? Me? I lost my baby in the separation  . I have no yard, not fair to her. Lucy - 1/2 pure Golden, 1/2 pure Black Lab. She looks like a yellow lab, abt 4. Sweetheart pup. Missing kitty-love pretty bad too  . Dang, Tassy, ya'll have a farm over there, don't ya? Frogger
Shelby's doing great, still got her on Essiac and her vitamins. Sleeps all day and has to pee 90 times at night! That's the price we pay for not keeping her awake all day!
1 8 year old Westie - Ally 1 4 year old Cairn Terrier - Taz 1 11 mos old Pomeranian - Bogie Believe me they do run the house and just graciously allow the hubby and I to reside with them! Almost forgot - an aquarium full of fish, no names but we like them anyways!
Chloe- 4 yr old Great Pyrenees Ms. Kitty- 17 yr old marbled tabby Ms. Kitty disappeared for 3 months after I moved to an apartment in Garner. I was walking Chloe months later and Ms. Kitty came running from the woods, barely recognizable, skin and bones...The only reason I realized it was "old fat cat" was because she nuzzled Chloe. Really amazing I found her! I've since moved to Clayton and she's within her fightin weight and rules the roost..much to Chloe's chagrin!
I have 3 kitties: Suki - Siamese/tabby mix (almost 14 years old... a July 4 baby) Sasha - Suki's sister Fluffy - a stray who adopted us after we saved him from a neighbor's dog who jumped the fence solely for the purpose of chasing him up one of our trees. We just lost Hermie, our (you guessed it!) hermit crab. We are planning for a gerbil or two, once DD saves enough allowance (delay tactic!). I'd have more, but DH says he doesn't want a 'zoo'
Gerbils are great! My DS has had his two for about 3 years now and they are the easiest rodent pets ever! I would definitely get two of them, they enjoy snuggling up and sleeping together. Just be sure you get two of the same sex.
