What kind of trees are those blooming?

Okame Cherries are currently blooming. And yes it is okay to plant now.

 

I prefer to plant in late fall since it gives the tree plenty of time to establish a good root system before the heat of summer but as long as you keep watering it during the summer it should do fine.

 

Ok chief I see they're on now. Beautiful they are, but talk about a stench boy they stink.
