I am pro-KDsGrandma for president in 2008. Have you ever thought of running? I'm sure we can get a grassroots campaign started right here at 40-42. :)

    Ok, ok, the issues:
Don't like abortion, especially as a birth control method, but like the government in the doctor's office less.
    Anti-death
No problem with people owning guns, but a waiting period makes sense. Don't want any neighbors with AK-47's or tanks.
Don't want the government in the bedroom and I see nothing wrong with 2 people loving each other. There have always been homosexual people and probably always will. They might as well enjoy the same benefits the hetero's get.

I am Christian but have not found a church home in Clayton yet. I like this freedom of religion thing and try to respect everyone's right to worship (or not) as they please.

I prefer Bocce ball to fencing. (If Canada were an economic nightmare and those folks were coming over in droves looking for work, would we fence them out? Besides, who's going to build it if you can't hire illegal aliens? )

I think the best way to support our troops is not to send them into bogus wars to get killed. Afghanistan made sense; Iraq was based on lies, and I don't believe it has anything to do with keeping Americans safe.

Lying to go to war is much worse than lying about sex, but neither is OK.

I am Pro-condom, and pro-education about sex so the condoms don't end up as water balloons, by mistake.

I would like for one candidate for something, I don't care what, dogcatcher maybe, at least to mention the real issue in this and every other campaign from now on until the problem is solved: the environment. It trumps all the others, because, if we don't have a planet to live on, it ain't gonna matter who's kissing whom or who's shootin' whom. My question is whether we have the guts to make significant changes in how we live, or do we look our kids in the face and say "sorry, I was too busy enjoyin the convenience of those fossil fuels. We'll make it up to you next time."

Sorry i got long-winded, but thanks for starting this thread, whoever did it.

I am Christian and I go to church.

I do care if Bill and Steve or Lisa and Linda want to get married. I'm getting tired of seeing public affection and dread the day that I have to explain this sin to my children when they witness it. No civil unions... I'm sick of it.

I think welfare is a joke...the very few that actually do respect our system are getting shafted by the cheaters. Especially by the "education" lottery...what a joke.

Condoms and birth control in school just says here...go have sex with where, when, and with whom you please. Nope...teach abstinence.

I support the war and our troops...Git R Done boys!

No personal military experience cause well, no offense but that's not my place either. The men are better suited to do that job.

    "What Say You" ......

    I'm a Centrist.

I believe in "to each his own" as long as your "own" doesn't infringe on our constitutional rights or break the laws we have established. I'm a firm believer that we don't need any new laws regarding our rights. That was done from 1776 to now, leave it alone already!! I think that covers the life, death, religion, gun & gay issues.

I'm Pro Fence as long as we start jailing all new illegals and make them build it.

Sex education needs to be taught at home. Since when, did the school become the parents of your children? Do the job or get fired!!

I believe if you’re a millionaire you can't hold office. You have to ask yourself, "Why would a millionaire take that level of pay in a job?" The answer = "To make more millions from personal agenda and graft."

To run for President, you'll have to obtain a certain number of votes by signature to get your name on the ballot in each state. I think running for president should not have this "signature requirement." The current cheapest cost to achieve this task is $1.4 million. How many great potential presidents, senators and congressman are we going to loose before we realize the highest offices in our government are being bought in a process where one of the two, last standing, high spenders, win.

I support soldiers in war no matter why or who sent them there. My support includes the duty to ensure they are not there for the wrong reasons. Been there, Done that ... got the U.S.M.C. bumper sticker.

    Where do you really stand.
    I am:
    Pro life
Pro Death with limited appeals. (best 2 out 3 including original trial. haha) Sentencing should be carried out w/in 60 days of last appeal. There is no sense in housing people for a lifetime.
    Pro Gun
Pro Fence but not sure what good it will do. Maybe they can go to Iraq and earn their citizenship that way.

I am Christian and I go to church but I don't need my goverment, a school, or any one else to tell how to worship God. Less federal government and more states rights. less government in my life is always good. Each person has the right to worship as they wish as long as it does not infringe on others.

I do care if Bill & Steve or Lisa and Linda want to get married. I do not agree with it based on my spiritual beliefs.

I think welfare needs more limits and less money.

Condoms and birth control should not be on stand by at every high school & middle school. Schools are not the place to get them. We are moving further away from placing the responsibility on the parent(s) for raising their child and giving it to the government.

I support the war and our troops.

I think the UN should be relocated off of American soil.

I have not served in the military but thank all those that have. You are this country's greatest asset.

Pro life - in certain instances, at certain times. If you willingly had sex, its your responsibility now. Rape is the exception.
Pro Death - ditto what others said, a year max then game over.
Pro Gun - guns don't kill people, people kill people.
Anti Fence (and landmines) - Yet another waste of taxpayer money.

    I am not a christian.

I don't care what Bill & Steve or Lisa and Linda do in their closet, as long as it doesnt happen in front my children. I blame their parents.

I think welfare is a bottomless pit for taxpayer money. The people who really need it can't get it, and the families that are on it have been for years, as will their children in most cases.

Birth control should start at home, with good family values; however, condoms should be available at high school and middle if needed.

I support the war and our troops.

We should remove ourselves from the U.N. and never look back.

I've never been in the military, but wish I would have.
