    we;re having Jumbalaya with Chicken and Keilbasa mixed with a little tobasco sauce

    When I lived in northeastern PA, apples were every where in the fall. You could go for a drive in the mountains and pass a dozen fruit stands, selling varieties of apples and cider. We'd pick up a couple and go for a long drive to see the fall colors of the trees. Never tried apple wine, tho!

    That's what I ended up making! Jambalaya (zatarains) with turkey kielbasa .. gotta have that extra tobasco (I had texas pete) for extra flavor!
