I live on the road, today's was from Madison Heights, MI. Last week Thursday it was some delicious Dim Sum in Richardson, TX.

Actually between Windsor and London Ontario there is a great little "Road Kill" restaurant (been a few years since I been there, hope it is still there).

I made a mushroom and barley soup last night that was out of this world. The original recipe was a bit bland but by time I got done with it, it was wonderful, even the 10 year old loved it. Added some chicken and a few more spices, but definitely could be left vegetarian with all the mushrooms in there.
