Does anyone know a good place in the Triangle area to buy porch swings? I'm looking for the traditional kind with an A-frame that is reasonably priced. I've found them online, but want to try one out before buying, so I'm looking for a store that carries them. Thanks for any help!

Try the flea market at the Fair Grounds.
They have lots of different kinds there, and you can sit in them before you buy.
    Good Luck.

I was thinking Lowes or Home Depot? :?

Speaking of Lowes, they have one on sale for $60-something this week. Looks fairly nice, even has pockets on the sides for magazines. :) I think I'll put it on my birthday list. :D

I tried Lowes and they do not have the wooden ones, just the kind that are metal and fabric. I forgot to mention that I wanted a wooden one! The flea market sounds like a good place to try. I'm new to the area - what's the best way to get there from the 4042 area?
