  4. Well, okay. Most everyday. Sometimes I catch myself being too serious so I have to get silly again. Crazymom really is the perfect name for me. I'm not exactly right in the head.

I ran about 1/4 mile at Vance Elem last Saturday. Not much, but a start at least. I have to remember to wear a sports bra next time as the "girls" seemed to be bouncing everywhere.

I have never had problems myself but I usually go there with my husband & son. A person I know very well used to run there after school (she is a teacher) until she was approached one day. She was there during a not busy time and now she goes a little later when more people are around. I have no problems using the paved areas during times that other people are there but I choose not to go down the wooded path alone.

Wife did that by starting in the neighborhood, and them moved over to the park on Amelia Church Rd. Clayton Community park or some such. She likes the trail there as it winds through the woods, and has little places to stop and take a break now and then as well.

That's too bad, I always felt safe there. Maybe Thing I scares all the freaks away.

Yes, sports bras are a must, even for me with my "little girls"
