Why isn't there a cafeteria?

Stephensons BBQ off Hwy 50 has a daily lunch special. One of their days is Chicken & Pastry. We LOVE Stephensons BBQ!! Agreed tho, I would like to see a K & S come into our area. We drive to the one in Cary or the one off of New Bern when we want cafeteria style food. Pretty good and reasonable priced.
