When I was stationed in Italy we had a bunch of those on base instead of a normal pick-up type truck.

Actually I think the law is no one under 21 after 10pm. At least I know that is a rule at several places in and around the Clayton area.
For a pond that size it also helps to have some kind of fountain system as the constantly flowing water is less likely to develop an algae/moss...
