I drive by often and have wondered what happened. It's been owned by ADCOCK FAMILY INTERESTS LLC since 2018.
It's actually a really simple design even though it doesn't look it on paper. Only two intsection conflict points and free flowing on and off ramps.
This has been fully approved with some minor modifications to the site plan.
