Feet do get bigger as we age... I think it has something to do with falling arches. In my Mom's younger days, say 30's, she was a size 7½ now she's 71 and a size 9. I've gone up a size since high school myself.
Geez, I hope not. I wear a 13 and its hard enough to find shoes as it is, however I've worn the same size since high school and I'm 37. I've always wanted a pair of Chuck Taylors, but they look enormous on my feet. More ringlets than a circus tent and they look like clown shoes on me.
Why can't folks respond to a simple yes or no request? Is your kid going to participate or not? It's not rocket science, the world won't stop spinning............but it will spin easier if we can plan! Ugg!! People!!! :banghead:
