They got an email from me this morning. I understand that occasionally storms knock out the power, crap happens. However, a company as large as PE can afford to have some live customer service agents instead of an automated system that hangs up on you once it says they have no idea when your power will be back on. :banghead:
It was out from approx 4:00 pm til 11:45 last night. No where near as bad as my inlaws had it for sure, but I just wanted to know when they thought they might get it fixed, cause I was packing for the nearest hotel. :jester: Elec being out not a biggie, but we have a well which equals no water in addition.
I need just ONE more person to call me with a problem today!!!! :banghead::banghead: and I'm going to need  GRRRR!!!!!
We have the same issue, when power is out, we have a generator. But, we are on our own well for water, so no power = no water. Thankfully my neighbors have county water, so we don't have to go far.
Did you know... that if we could buy a man for what he's worth and then sell him for what he THINKS he's worth, we could get the United States OUT of debt....in one transaction, no less. :jester: Just kidding all you men!!! :jester: My sister-in-law said that about her husband once.....it turned out to be true in his case. The saying itself was just funny to me!:jester:
short of the one time meeting at Terrafin I haven't had to deal with you. My wife on the other hand has had plenty of dealings with you and if she was having a rough time you would know it for sure.
Well, somebody just discovered the hard way that Josephine Road is not a race track. Esp not in the rain. Hope they are ok. :?
