I'll bet it does! LOL!! I've done Longaberger and Home Interiors too. I always said that selling real estate wasn't about selling the houses, they sell themselves, you can't make someone like a house, it was about selling "yourself" meaning your ability to make them happy with your service. I haven't sold houses myself down here, great market and I am considering getting back into it, I'm much older and wiser now. I just have to take the danged classes again since I let my license expire like a dummy. Swore I would never get back into it but I've learned to never say never.
Well, let's start our own agency! We could clean up because there sure are some sorry ones down here!
I tell ya what.... I still have my insurance licenses.......you be the real estate broker, and I'll be the insurance agent. We could be great together!!!
OOHHH !!!! Insurance was something else I was interested in, that's another thing people have to have. We would make a good team!
White Swan on 210 has a good deal going 1 chicken lb of BBQ lb of cole slaw lb of potatos lb of green beans hush puppies gallon of tea $18 even We (family of 4) had it for supper and we still have a ton of left overs!
Never too late to start!! Hubby, went a month of Sat. and became an agent. I think he went to another day class or something like that... became a broker. It is a whole lot easier than you think. If you got the mind for that stuff, go for it chic! Although Hubby did it just to have the background and info - it's not his job.
