    My company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator (administrative assistant). Salary rage is in the low 30's. Let me know if your interested and I will forward information on how to apply. We are conveniently located near White Oak Shopping Center.

    Job duties include:
    • Research, establish business accounts and fully utilize sites such as Twitter, Facebook, Bullhorn, LinkedIn and other social platforms.
    • Utilize and become an expert and trainer on TalentLink ATS.
    • Maintain and continuously improve the job description library. This will include working with each hiring manager to make ensure that each description used for advertising and roles and responsibilities are consistent with the actual duties of the position.
    • Be fully responsible for posting open positions to the above-mentioned sites as well as others such as Monster.com and Careerbuilder.com.
    • Be responsible for ensuring that all open positions are posted to the Company’s website, both internet and intranet.
    • Review incoming resumes and perform initial phone screens on those that are either qualified for current openings or anticipated future openings.
    • Participate in documentation and pulling reports out of the applicant tracking system.
    • Arrange phone and face-to-face interviews for hiring managers and candidates. Make travel arrangement for candidates.
    • Assist new hires with relocation details.
    • Track offer letters, start dates, and client site badging.
    • Ensure that drug test and background results are complete.
    • Initiate and track IT Checklists/Work Orders.
    • Maintain candidate-tracking data.
    • Perform pre-employment reference checks as required.
    • Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager and General Manager with statistical and corporate reporting as it relates to Recruiting and HR.
    • Host weekly Recruiting staff meetings. Assist with updating and maintaining the open personnel requisitions list and prioritizing searches while recommending and debating different search methods.
    • Be responsible for electronic data filing of all offer letters and pertinent documents as part of the department’s continuing improvement process.
    • Assist in the creation of a comprehensive College and Military Recruiting Programs and attend such events.
    • Be responsible for the coordination of career fairs including discipline and industry specific, local generalized, college and military recruiting events. Ensure department has proper displays and handouts prepared for each event. Participate in each event as requested.
    • Prepare offer and relocation letters for Managers reviews.
    • Frequent travel and consistent overtime will be required.
    • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Recruiting.
