What happened? How do I fix this?

Please forgive my ignorance guys, but how do I uninstall and reinstall a browser? :? Firefox was suggested, is it better? I think I actually am running IE version 7.0 so maybe that's a problem sccording to what you have said.

 

Oh and ummmmm, I forgot to mention that I don't know how to save my favorites like you mentioned. I know, I'm computer stupid.

 

Well....the Norman Malware remover did seem to do a good job, but I still have the same problems. I can't log into any of my bank/business accounts (even here) unless I create a new user name. I've run everything I can think of for a fix. Wondering what I can try next?

You may want to consider getting someone to look at your system at this point because there could be a multitude of things happening.
